BUSINESS ASSETS & LEASE TRANSFER	10 % before tax of the price amounting to the transfer paid by the transferee Fixed fee : 5.000 € tax inclusive for any amount below 50 000€
PARKING SPACE SALES	Fixed fee : 4.000 € tax inclusice to by paid by the buyer
RENTALS Commercial premises Professional premises	25% before tax of the annual rental base price to be paid by the lessee.
